I saw a post on swgoh cantina website confirming the new character stats for level 90, I don't have any level 70 so not sure.

Worst thing about the update. They are removing the hard cap all together. Now the arena will be dominated by lvl 7557733 whales who can afford the level ups...

It's nearly the 24th already where I am, been waiting all day but nothing as yet. Anyone have any idea when it will show up? (In terms of hours, I'm not too good with time zones from elsewhere)

The developers are in Sacramento, CA, so expect them to work on Pacific (Standard/Daylight/Whatever) Time, which is UTC-8.
