Please help with store issue.
This weekend I went to get the free bronzium pack to complete my daily objective but when I clicked on it, much to my surprise 4 items appeared and I had much less crystals. So, I examined the store and somehow got the chromium pack for 1,330 instead of the free pack.
I called EA customer support to hopefully get my crystals back since I only use them for energy and they told me there is nothing they can do. I told them it was a game glitch and I don't need characters in the chromium packs and their response was to start playing a different game. I was so shocked by their apparent lack of care for their gamers but I pressed on and they said to report this in this forum to get maybe help from developers. Please let me know off you can do something wasting $10 is not something I like to do and it is wasting since I didn't choose to spend it.

Can kind of see where they are coming from, if someone didn't get what they wanted from a chromium pack they could try and claim the same thing. It sucks when it's a bug or an honest mistake though.
