Wampa Zeta question

So the Wampa's unique ability, Cornered Beast, has a zeta.

The non-zeta ability is: "Wampa has +50% Counter Chance"

The zeta ability adds: "Wampa has +10% Counter Chance, +5% Health Steal, and +5% Offense for each Damage Over Time effect on each enemy."

So with the zeta ability, for each dot, does he get additional offense, health steal and counter chance? Or is it a static 10% counter chance and 5% health steal for the zeta that doesn't change, and only the offense increases for each DOT?

In other words, if there are 5 total DOTs on enemies, does he have +25% offense, +25% health steal and +50% counter chance? Or is it +25% offense, and then just the +5% health steal and +10% counter chance that the zeta gives him?

i believe 5 DoTs do bring the counter chance to a 100% total. Stacking per DoT.
haven't zeta'd mine yet, so i'm not 100% sure.

The former. More dots -> More Counters -> More damage.

zVader lead with zSid, Shore, Storm/RG, and zWampa is fairly potent.
