Structured TW (I don't care about win ratio, just that an effort is being made)

I do not like moving guilds so I will be picky about where I join. I am, despite this quite formal post, a personable and dedicated player. I like to be on comms and I like to achieve as a part of a team. I will happily take on advice and will follow guild orders to better the output of the team.
