We are searching for members ideally in the 1million GP range that are consistently active. We communicate when stuff happens that gets in the way, because we understand that this is a game and family comes first. It’s that being said, we could really use the help of competent players to get us all where we need to be. We have a discord that is not mandatory, but it’s highly recommended.
Raids: heroic rancor (0dmg first 24 hours) and regular haat (go crazy) whenever available. You joining will put us at heroic rancor level!

We are free thinkers that are here to make each other better. We don’t take unnecessary things personal. If you say I’m a bad dad, I might spitball you through your screen, but if you say “we could improve ____” or “hey lets be rational about this and not let emotions cloud our vision”, you will be respected greatly. Guild Victory March shares in the fun together, with tremendous collegiality, opinionated and respectful discussions, collaboration and cooperation, as we beat the AAT and Rancor in the heroic tier. VM coordinates folks from time zones across the world, in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We currently raid 3 times a week in the heroic pit raid and are doing the Tank raid 2 days a week. We have bonus raids of each when tickets get high enough.
Guild payout/reset time is 6:30 PM PST (0330 CET)
Our raid start times for pit raid are currently 6:30 pm PST (0330 CET) for people to register 0 damage and they open up for people to send in one squad to register real damage the following morning at 9:45 am PST (1845 CET)
Our HAAT raid launches at 6:30 pm PST (0330 CET) for phase 1 then phase 2 opens at 7:30 am PST (1630 CET) the following morning, Phase 3 launches at 11:30 pm PST (2030 CET) same day and then P4 opens at 10:00 am PST (0400 CET) the following day. Raid tickets: we all request at least 500 raid tickets a day from our players. Once again, if life happens, we won’t kick you. Jerks kick people for that kind of stuff. We are not rude.
Strategy: we have a tactics team that is on call at all times. Their job is fairly self-explanatory, and they are awesome.
Lastly, we all expect only a few things: follow the rules, and question them if you think they need tweaking and/or improvement, be in this for mutual benefit, add to the conversations, be encouraging, but also critical. We are free thinkers that are here to make each other better. We don’t take unnecessary things personal. If you say I’m a bad dad, I might spitball you through your screen, but if you say “we could improve ____” or “hey lets be rational about this and not let emotions cloud our vision”, you will be respected greatly. We run both Heroic raids as often as we can, approx 3 times per week each. 37 stars in both LS and DS TB, and we win more TW than we lose.
We are not a strict guild, we don’t require 600 tickets every day, but we encourage getting as many as you can. We are very friendly and have a lot of fun in our discord chat. Both raids are on farm with fair rules and we have two different launch times that alternate to try and accommodate most time zones. Guild reset is GMT -7.

Guild Victory March shares in the fun together, with tremendous collegiality, opinionated and respectful discussions, collaboration and cooperation, as we beat the AAT and Rancor in the heroic tier. VM coordinates folks from time zones across the world, in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We currently raid 3 times a week in the heroic pit raid and are doing the Tank raid 2 days a week. We have bonus raids of each when tickets get high enough.
Guild payout/reset time is 6:30 PM PST (0330 CET)
Our raid start times for pit raid are currently 6:30 pm PST (0330 CET) for people to register 0 damage and they open up for people to send in one squad to register real damage the following morning at 9:45 am PST (1845 CET)
Our HAAT raid launches at 6:30 pm PST (0330 CET) for phase 1 then phase 2 opens at 7:30 am PST (1630 CET) the following morning, Phase 3 launches at 11:30 pm PST (2030 CET) same day and then P4 opens at 10:00 am PST (0400 CET) the following day. This is done to ensure everyone has an equal chance to get damage done in each phase.
On the light TB we are getting 37 Stars.
On the dark TB we are getting 35 Stars.

These are the requirements that we achieve as a team:
