Hi there. I am an officer in the guild called Wonder. We're a very high GP (over 120M so we get 3 zetas when we win TW) guild that is independent (i.e., does not have feeder guilds/move people around), and values personal responsibility, passion for the game, and communication above all else. We have high expectations of us (600 energy a day, etc), but we foster a culture where if someone can't play the game, they let us know and we are ok with it. It's a game after all, and life has to come first. Monitoring and policing are taxing on the officers and if that needs to happen, then those aren't the type of players we want. We are very selective in who we let in, as a result. But if you are dedicated to this game, communicate on discord, and don't need a list of rules because you value your commitment to others as much as they value yours, then please read on.
We typically get 41 stars (trying for 42) in TB, and do very well in TW (we are 55th as of 2/9/18). We get on average about 28K-30K energy spend a day and launch raids alternating between 8:30AM EST, 2:30PM EST and 8:30PM EST with a 24 hour freeze, and then all-out attack. Also, this guild is beyond giving in terms of donations (and advice), so that's something we value in others as well.
We have still not replaced a player that retired some time ago as we are very selective, and are waiting on a great recruit. Hoping that is you reading this. Here are the ideal criteria as to what we are looking for:
(1) have an SWGOH account
(2) have discord and be active on it

We are a 91million GP, 38* LS, and 34* DS TB guild. We are not an elitist guild that demands 600/600 a day, nor will threaten to remove you if you do not consistently achieve this. We typically get 41 stars (trying for 42) in TB, and do very well in TW (we are 55th as of 2/9/18). We get on average about 28K-30K energy spend a day and launch raids alternating between 8:30AM EST, 2:30PM EST and 8:30PM EST with a 24 hour freeze, and then all-out attack. Also, this guild is beyond giving in terms of donations (and advice), so that's something we value in others as well.
We have still not replaced a player that retired some time ago as we are very selective, and are waiting on a great recruit. Hoping that is you reading this. Here are the ideal criteria as to what we are looking for:
(1) have an SWGOH account
(2) have discord and be active on it
(3) have a GP of at least 2M or other strong factors
(4) rank top 100 or better in arena
(5) has a strong passion for the game

Who is Team Explicit?
We are a 91million GP, 38* LS, and 34* DS TB guild. We are not an elitist guild that demands 600/600 a day, nor will threaten to remove you if you do not consistently achieve this. We are a heroic raiding guild that clears both raids every few days. Even though we do not require 600/600 tickets a day, we do achieve this frequently, so you should expect to see Rancor run nearly every other day.
Team Explicit raid times for Rancor are M-F 11am PST, and 3pm PST on the weekends. All HAAT raids start at 11am PST seven days a week (the time is not adjusted).
