TW and TB is suddenly weak as hell so I'm just going to tell you what we're looking for and what we're all about.
UltraEndurance has always been a great spot for those looking to fill out their rosters, gear up quickly, or find advice and direction in the game. It's always been about teamwork and working towards a common goal. There have never been any character requirements. We require reasonable participation, but don't breath down your neck about it.
Right now we're looking for 1.5mil GP for new recruits as a hard minimum.
Like most guilds, we like our 600tix/day, but it's okay to miss by a little every now and then. If it's lacking enough for ME to notice, then it's become a problem.
