    This is not "f2p" game many player invest lot of cash to reach high rank of player.
    I'm really disappoint about this kind of service.

    Could we send this issue to some authorities? I am so p off with this s already. It’s already the 5th day after I sent the mfibg ticket

    This is something that the devs should def step into. Customer service is notoriously bad. I was one of the people that didn’t receive awards the first time around but got them days later. The people who still didn’t get them should be a number 1 priority not sent to make a ticket and then told they don’t deserve those rewards.

    There is something deeply wrong with all this. I received only a very small part of the rewards. For example I didn't get the shards of the Imperial Probe. And I've been writing to technical support for days without solving anything

    I'm in your situation too.
    I have already made 4 reports to the support and they always tell me the same thing: "we are sorry, we are trying to solve, we have the technicians at work".

    I’m having the same problem. I only got a part of the rewards. For sure I didn’t got the IPD shards. The dude from support tells me I haven’t collected IPD shards in last DSTB. How come almost all of my guildies have an IPD at 6* and I’m still stuck at 5*?

    I just got confirmation from my guildies that they are all at 35/100 and I’m at 56/85.

    I think they are sending the rewards you get at the end of DSTB (that are the rewards I got), but forgot to instruct support that you also get rewards during DSTB (IPD shards and other special mission rewards)

    Hello to all,
    they answered me giving me the rewards, but the fragments of the imperial probe do not appear.
    I have already written urging that if nopn I will have the fragments I will stop playing and shooting.

    I am up against the same issue. I got everything except for my IPD shards. I have received a reply saying I got everything I was entitled too. Oh really ... have I???

    I am going to resume with them saying I have not in fact gotten IPD shards and that maybe they can ACTUALLY look into it. Rather than the assumption that they did it correctly.

    it would be nice if Capital Games and EA send updates. I'm still waiting for an answer. The EA website updates automatically my cases but no news from the support. Nothing.
    We just want actual information about the cases. It would be much better if there were any information. Any. The silence is disrespectful in many ways. If my posts here are the reason for the delay in my case it's even worse. I don't have any answer, even the wrong rewards were sent. What's going on? The issue is complex as it been told? What about the guys who told us that they have received double rewards? I don't like the way the companies are dealing with this. No one as a costumer would like to face a situation like this. Please I would like to have information about my cases and a solution.

    Guess what happend next, absolutely nothing on my SWGOH account but 1 day later I receive another email:

    "Hello,

    We wanted to check and see how things were going after we provided you more information about your recent request.

    We’re happy to help if you still need us. You can review and update this issue from the My Cases page. "

    I don't know why EA support was happy, my problem wasn't fixed and they didn't help at all. Nothing happend except my case was closed. So I resume it again and it was closed without any information 1 day later. So I resume it again.

    It looks like some small % of players are treat like garbage and we can not do anything about it. Only You Devs can help us.

    This is just ridiculous. Surely there is something that's been found as far as why we aren't getting rewards. I havent gotten crystals guild event tokens, not even a chewy shard. Nothing but silence

    Got my rewards 200 crystals some gear and 5000 guild event currency but nothing to compensate for the 9 days I had to wait..

    I received my final rewards, but no IPD shards nor currency for the special missions. Support claims they are not being sent, contrary to the original post and even though everyone else in my guild received them.

    @CG_SBCrumb Can we have some clarification please? This whole experience has been very frustrating, I'm tired of having to constantly re-open my ticket.
