And CG has been silent on this post for a few days now, despite someone posting an example of Support telling them to do the exact opposite of what we've been told on this post.
I give up. I am tired from this situation. Cg do nothing. Support write funny mails and do nothing. I sacrifice my rewards for ea support. It looks like they crave to leave rewards for themselves.
My case was escalated, and I did receive some of my rewards, but when I asked for the IPD shards they didn’t give me, I was told that they are not on “my list” and they cannot give me extra items at this time. They also didn’t give me the special mission rewards, which I didn’t mention at first because I care more about the IPD shards. I don’t know what list this person is referring to, but this is supposed to be a “specialist”? Every time I write to them, I have to wait 24-48 to hear back from them. How can they be so incompetent? How can they not care about the paying customers who support their jobs? What does it take to get any kind of customer service from this establishment?
I opened 3 tickets, EA Support told me that this kind of issue can only be addressed via phone call. After 30 minutes of call the support told me that I have to wait other 30 minutes while they talk with the specialist as the Amy need further information from me.
I don’t have so much time to waste with a problem that should not exist. After 30 minutes of phone cal and 3 tickets I’m at the starting point. Please, solve this issue, you have now a very discouraged customer.
Please see the above post. This is the solution we have. He has an ever growing list since he asked me to post this, it is being passed along to CS. Please be patient.
