Primary Question-If you are attacking NS and they have a zombie and you kill it 3 times in a row, should it be dead or revivable? (Essentially, how many times do we have to kill it to eliminate it)

Secondary Question-If we get the zombie to -100% speed and kill another NS who is revived through undying sacrifice is it supposed to bring the zombie back to regular speed?

If it's gear 10 or higher it revives indefinitely. Lower than that it can be killed permanently at -100 speed.

And yes, the revive mechanism of Undying Sacrifice clears negative speed.
