Unstick Old Announcements

When viewing the forum I use the “Recent Discussions” page so I can see posts from everywhere. The bad thing is I have to scroll past 62 stickied announcement threads before I get to the actual latest post. This is annoying and unnecessary. Some of these are from 7 months ago. Can someone go unpin these older posts?

Hit the cog button amd "dismiss". You may need to refresh your page but that unsticks them.

Yes see above. We can only remove certain announcements others are out of our control, and need to be dismissed by each person.
