Sidious Taunt?

Was curious how this happened? General Grievous was the other enemy I killed just before this happened I can't find any abilities on this team that could make Sidious taunt am I missing something?

General Greivous grants taunt to a random ally when he falls below 50% health though his "Tactical Retreat" unique.
