it was just an update to remove May's events from the code and add June's, almost all mobile games do this with limited events.

Not sure that would be it since there is at least one Porkins action figure so at least Hasbro and Lucasfilm had the rights at some point. I know the Tonnika sisters actresses never gave anyone the rights to their likeness. They wanted a ton of money for it.
