Grievous for sure, he is my favorite character, and currently my only character with any gear 12+ on him.
I had his and the seps all gear 12 months/years before they have any kind of viability. Plus once the droids got zetas they took all my reserves at once pretty much (not magna....)
Basically id love to have him at gear 13 and in my arena where is health is killer
Either Dooku or GMY. Christopher Lee was way too cool to not max, and since he's a Separatist Sith he'll probably be really good for the TBs and most game modes. GMY for arena utility and because he's a Galactic Republic Jedi, so same as Dooku for him.
Malak probably. I'm imagining a health/protection pool approaching 200k.
That would be wasted. In fact it didn't feel like a big difference pushing him from 6* g11 to 7* g12, sure he's shiny now but other than the +12 speed (which is nice obviously) he was doing just fine at 6* and even 5* - some even argue that 5* had it's advantage of getting an earlier/easier proc on his drain life due to lower HP. In all matchups he's the last one to die and usually the match is lost then for the DR team if the attacking team still has a few chars left (if it's a 1v1 or 1v2 Malak carries). It stands or falls with DR + BSF surviving as long as possible.
I'm considering Padme, as her team can pretty much deal with any meta teams in the right comp. But will likely hoard and wait and see.

1) he is top tier toon
2) he is plug and play
3) maybe at G13 he can solo many other squads
