If you want a character to have lots of evasion how do you mod them?

Maybe run em under someone with an evasion lead. Helps if the character in question has evasive abilities (evasion up, frequent foresight, increased dodge chance, whatever).

I ran Chopper under Old Ben lead in one of the Combat Missions in Hoth TB just for lolz. Chopper taunts and dodges a lot.

It isn't powerful enough of a mechanic to use consciously. Old Ben's lead was the go to if you had the idea, and there were a few toons that could go under him that could add some extra evasion but they are getting reworked and/or would have better elsewhere. Poggle got some evasion if another droid or Genosian was present and 1 of the Ewoks. So basically if you ran Old Ben Poggle GS Ewok Ewok you'd have a team with an average of 17.5% Evasiveness that couldn't do anything and would die fast.
