Banished for what reason?

Hello there
I am very disapointed with treatment CG is given me
I was banish from swgoh 48hours ago and i am still waiting to know reason why
Only can i suspect guys who don't like to loose on GA push the "report" button, and i cannot find another reason because i had never cheat in the game, but the real problem here is that i sent 3 messages in help.ea and only this morning they told i have to talk to CG_LucifersDaddy
So i sent him this morning a message and no answer untill now
So guys, if you win in GA, be carefull because i sudpect if 3 of your oponents isn't fair enough, they might give false report or denounce against you and you will be like me in this Kafka movie
No one answer me
The prejudice is very big now, to me and my guild, we lost star in TB, the 600 diary, the raids, the double drop, plus events
Big disapointment because they do nothing against the real cheaters
