Ferocity and tenacity up

Am I missing something that gives tenacity up to a Sith Empire team when they have ferocity?

I’ve noticed on several occasions now that I can’t fear or fracture any toons that have ferocity up, but I can’t find the description in anyone’s kit that prevents this.

Are your toons suffering from corrupted battle meditation?

They cannot inflict debuffs of that are.

^ this. Tenacity up can't prevent Fracture anyway.

That’s it I think. Thanks fellas. So many debuffs in a DR mirror I was getting confused, you can close this thread though.
