New toons we would like to see
So, now that we have Cara Dune and her anti-empire synergy, where is the Empire threat that she is created for? We also have Captain Solo and ROLO with anti-Empire.
Here is what I would love to see.
In Fallen Order, Rebels, and more we have the Inquisitors. The Grand Inquisitor, Second and Ninth Sisters, the others. This could either go with a new Vader or Vader rework.

Inquisitors are in STAR WARS REBELS. Kannan, Ahsoka, and Ezra fought them. You fight them in Fallen Order.
Jar Jar would probably have a d20 roll and on 1s kill a team member.
I would also love to see some characters from KOTOR2. Brianna The Handmaid, The Exile Meetra Surik, Bao-Dur, Atton Rand, Hanharr(bounty hunter), Mira (bounty hunter),
I’m aware, but your post included a picture with some from the comics, so I was just pointing that out. I’m not against it, it’s just not common.
I would also like to see Doctor Aphra and her droids. They’re pretty cool. I’ve always liked Darth Malgus as well.

So because CG made content that is absolutely unachievable they are absolved from making any other new content to use toons in a less restrictive way?

There is content to use new toons in. There is content to use new toons in. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it does not exist.
Some toons are arena driven. Some toons are raid driven. Some toons are TB driven. For probably the next year or so, the big driver for the high priority units going forward will probably be how well they perform on Geonosis because that is the definitive end game content right now.
