I see drops have been doubled, but the purchase of shards from shops such as arena and GW shop haven't been doubled. They still offer 5 character shards instead of 10. Why wasn't that included in the same update?

They probably will when the stores refresh.

You need the stores to refresh. Check the timers on your stores, the changes will apply after they reset.

Can confirm, just reset my GW store and it doubled
