In season 2 of the mandalorian when boba finds din he earns his armor and shows den how he in fact was a mandalorian just like his father before him that’s literally in the show so if Jango is considered one then so can boba it’s a creed and boba were’s the crest
While he is technically related to a Mandalorian, does that mean that all the Clone Troopers are Mandalorians as well? Boba doesn't consider himself as a Mandalorian, so why should he have the tag?

Well he was a "son" to a Mandalorian foundling, and he literally says in the show that he doesn't consider himself a Mandalorian
He doesn’t actually say he’s not mandalorion he just said that he never said he was mandalorion while confronting bo-katan

Boba is the only clone Jango considers his son. Boba and all the clones are biologically identical to Jango, but Boba is the only one he adopted as his child. Adoption is just as valid as being a biological son. Also Boba never confirmed nor denied being a Mandalorian. The bar scene between Boba and Bo also can't be taken as 100% fact Boba isn't Mando as both were actively insulting and trying to get under each other's skin. We should wait until Book of Boba Fett before jumping to conclusions.
Technically Boba is a mandalorian, but while Din rarely shows his face, Bo Katan want to take back mandalore, he seems dont care about those much. I believe this is the reason he dont have the tag.
