Possible bug with classic jkr team

The speeds of my jkr team are the following:

JKR: 302
Hermit Yoda: 294
Bastila: 280
GMY: 254
Jolee: 230

In any battle, after the first turn of JKR (always mark someone), GMY always takes the second turn, which should not be happening. Any idea why?

GMY gains 40% TM when attacking an enemy that has over 50% health with his basic, that's why.

Thanks for the clarification, long time that I changed the mods of that team to be a competitive one.
