Vader and Deployable Cooling Systems issue

Up until today Vader's cooldowns always reset when my Deployable Cooling Systems we're in place. Today they do not reset. Is this happening to anyone else? I have 5 Deployable Cooling Systems on my characters.

Is it constantly? Or is it just by chance sometimes it doesn’t happen. If it’s just sometimes, you may finally be hitting the RNG where that 50-75% chance isn’t kicking in when you gain a buff

Yeah I noticed this yesterday but figured maybe it was just my turn for bad RNG

The last time I had a similar amount of dcs s and Vader was just unstoppable

Yeah something not right yoda works, but vader does not

Vader worked fine for me multiple times this morning.

Yoda generates his own buffs and can steal others. Vader can do neither of those things.

I'm not sure this is related , but against sector 3 boss ( DR normal ) when Yoda was about to get a bonus turn , he would loose all his turn meter and not get a turn. ( he didn't had fear). I then tried with Han solo and had no issue , he always had his turn after using his special. I have 2 x Cooling system and both off and def buff

I have all the disks needed, dcs, buff etc and it “seemed” like it was working less yesterday but I finished and therefore no longer care at all about conquest

So I feel really stupid right now. Looks like I accidentally removed Offensive Buffs.... Which means Vader would not work. Thank you guys for helping out.

Most only now care for the purpose of cat shards. Which I don't care about the prizes at all, But enjoy the mode.
