ticket issue

ive put in a ticket to ea via my phone and my laptop regarding lost rewards from the last conquest. All that seems to happen is i recieve an email from ea asking if my issue has been resolved. Ive gone through the process 3 times now and the same keeps happening. My guild mates say when they go through "help" in game the get directed into a chat, i dont. what do i do now?


  • I would try to contact them directly. Though my experience with EA help wasn't very helpful. I never did get anything for my issue and just moved on.

    EA help is different depending on region and time of day you reach out. Not all locations have the same options and even those will change depending on the time of day.

    Open a ticket through the in game help button and try direct messaging CG_SBCrumb or CG_Doja_Fett with that ticket number and see if they can help direct this to a support person.

    Send me a message when you get that far and I will ping them to look for your message.
