Today I started my day, spending 600+ crystals on energy refreshes, to get my long awaited ls gl tickets. I entered the tier 3, no problem, as the difficulty is very easy.
I had some tickets left , 15 to be exact and said to my self " let's try the tier 1 again so I can earn more Jmk shards, faster."
But nooooo. I entered the battle and the game crashed , restarted by itself and I had already lost my tickets.
I reached out to the ea support and I was lucky that I didn't receive the " did you try to switch on and off your phone " answer.
Lesson learned?! Well if you guys and ladies wanna play the event, make sure you have any game booster related app ready like I do all the times, turn on the developer mode in your phone, so that you can immediately make a bug report in your Android and prepare for some long conversations with the support team, as this is the only way to play the game nowadays! 🙈😂
Complaining about support here can't resolve an issue. Responding to the above thread with logs as requested may help the team get to the bottom of the issue.

Thanks for your input , but this post is more humoristic rather than bug report so thats why i posted here. I have also posted by bug report in the correct section!

aha! So there are more of us. Well the ea support team does not seem to care as they gave to me the usual, troubleshooting guides...
