Ridiculous Drop Rates

Saved up enough crystals to buy 4 Hunter-Packs in the Data Card Shop.
Each pack contained 5 shards... thats altogether 20 shards for 5200 crystals!

--> One shard is worth 260 ?!?!?! Thats absolutely ridiculous!! Buff your goddamn drop rates!

The drop rates are published when you buy the pack.

Imagine how many more you’d have got if you used those crystals on energy and refreshing his node?

the average is 77 Shards for 1300 if you count all the possible drops together... that means one shard is worth 17 crystals - ofc the actual drop rate is set a bit lower... but 15,29 times lower is a bit tooo much in my opinion...

at least they should not promote it as a special offer, when it's cheaper to spend crystals on energy...
i am quite new to this game and i am feeling screwed...

No. That's not the average.

Always click the pack probabilities link at the top.

5 shards is 17.44% chance to drop, 7 shards is the most likely outcome with a 69.76% chance to drop.

Edit: Got bored, the average drop is 7.7653 shards per pull.
