Payout zones

There is a confusion between some players and We need clarification about payouts in different timezones.

We live in Spain and our timezone is CET. The difference with EST is 6 hours.

The payout is world across at 19:00 for every time zone and this means that We do not fight for the 1st rank at the same time or We fight all at the same time but in a different local time?

We had our payout almost 4 hours ago, do you have (EST) yours in two hours or has passed ?
