PoTs on Characters without protection
I was going through Wat Tambor's kit and saw that his shield generator tech lets the toon recover 30% protection. I tried experimenting it with several teams and tried it out with both my Malak and Nihilus lead (separate teams). In both teams, the toons don't have protection and I was wondering if the tech would just recover the health instead or do nothing.
