Anyway, beyond that, was there a filter back in the day? I feel like back in the Kozispoon days there was a kitten filter.
How’s it holding against non-Executor fleets? If the only thing beating it is Executor then working as designed. If it’s losing (barring a heavy GP differential like a 4* Profundity versus a 7* high relic Negotiator) then something’s borked.
But the intention is attacker wind Profundity vs Executor. Attacker wins Malevolence/Negotiator/Chimera, but loses to Profundity or Executor. Rest are Paper/scissors/rock/lizard/Spock and generally lose to anything in the tier above.
Ahnaldt had a video up day one with a Malev counter that won twice in a row even when the RNG didn't work for him.
The bonus protection are not enough of a hedge against buzz droids and swarming assists.

I believe the whole “kittens” thing was the work of a previous community manager or maybe forum mod. They replaced profanities with the word “kittens” for some time and it seems to have stuck.
