EA fights cheaters or not?

1.5 weeks ago I wrote an CG_LucifersDaddy and CG_Leviathancomplaint against a cheater, attached evidence - screenshots. There is still no answer. Should I write to someone else?
If there are EA employees here, please ask them to answer me.

If CG literally fought cheaters, I'd pay to watch it. Imagine the staff throwing blows at other people. CG wins, you're banned. Cheater wins, they can play haha!

Beats me, never heard of anyone getting a response other than acknowledging that they received the report, and even that stopped a while ago.

The person you are reporting to checks the DMs he gets via Email and doesn't log on the forums

If he doesn't log on, he cannot reply to your DMs

Personally, I'd rather them not waste time individually reply to every person that sends in a report.

I'd rather they spend their time actually investigating the reports they receive.

I can't imagine the amount of false reports they get.

Anyone else we can contact. I'm sick of cheaters. Got 3 in my fleet Arena i lost around 4000 crystals over the last 3 months due to them knocking me down. With their low fleets.

Because a company cannot disclose another person's information to you without breaking privacy laws in many countries around the world. Discussing their activity in the game with you would require a CG rep to talk about the cheater's account with you.

You can report other people to a company, companies cannot report on other people to you.

But the devs inactivity against cheaters and players who exploit this game with other methods (looking at you hoarder accounts and selling via 3rd party to new players) are descurreging me , and I guess many others, from putting any more money in it.

CG is very lucky they have Star Wars as a brand, otherwise this "game" would be dead before even started.

@DarthMarr you're in another thread claiming an obvious cheater was banned without a proper investigation?
