Conquest plus pass Ben Solo shards.

In accordance with the post for conquest pass and pass plus we were supposed to receive 45 Ben solo shards. I received 30 with the 9.99 conquest pass which is wrong. In game it advertised access to proving grounds. How is this accessed? Rebooted. Reinstalled game. Nothing. Still 280/330. The execution of this new system seems very broken. I am a 7 year player and only toon needed is Ben Solo. I have already red crated conquest. How do I get the shards? Because I am 0-11 in ticket resolution…

Proving grounds should open with purchase of pass +. Didn’t get anything other than the pass 30. Something isn’t WAI.

This. The additional proving grounds doesn't open when you purchase the pass, but the day prior to regular proving grounds opening up

Understood the proving grounds is wait. The number of shards promised vs the number delivered is the main problem. There are no details in ANY of the info notes. Clarify and make it work properly. Or maybe communicate actually what is supposed to be. As it is it is false.

I started with 250/330. Got the 30. 280/330. Nothing changed and I can’t find where to receive if it is even receivable.

I received 30 from CP. what would be the point of buying the CP+? The 15 from Cp should be all I received. Then purchased the Cp+. Which would be the next milestone?

Looks like it's 30 shards for the Plus. 15 if you only get the basic.

Yes. I got both CP and then when done with conquest CP+. So I should have received 45. Only received 30 for CP and nothing for CP+.

You can have both? So $40? Huh. I thought Plus included the Basic. But I've never purchased either, so....

Yes. I always get the Cp for 9.99 for first day unlock. Since the post from meathead says for CP 15 5/5/5 and the CP+ (19.99) shows 10/10/10 30. I assumed that’s 45 shards and extra proving grounds for 20. Total 65. The CP+ gave nothing. So TOTAL RECEIVED WAS 30.
