Got Rex in pack. Any way to farm f2p?

I got lucky and pulled a 4* Rex. I dig him in certain situations . Any way to farm him f2p or will it just be luck like how I got him

He was offered in a bronzium pack as well.. Right now he is chromium only.
But that does not mean we might soon see him elsewhere!

... And you will have a head start.
