Guild Leader Announcements and Private In Game Chat

I need the guild leaders and officers to back me up on this one. We definitely need a way to send out important announcements other than guild chat, for example when a raid gets started, something that goes to all the member's inbox so everyone can see it, and noone misses out, also we need a way to talk to each member privately, in case i gotta talk to my officers about a private matter or if i have a member that is not contributing, i don't want to put them on blast in front of everyone

We used a group PM on the forums. The guild chat is to breif. It's only good for a few minutes. We had a Slug create a website with a fourm to communicate. You can get email updates that way

Not everyone is as dedicated to this game to go into a forum, but I'll throw that idea out there and see if it sticks
