We had him at 0.6 percent after two days. Many wasted tries learning how to fight in each phase.

I'm hoping to start a raid for our guild in the very near future. I'm wondering how it works. Tier 1-6 we can play for as many days as we like until we complete it - Is that correct?
I only ask because we are only a half full guild. I don't mind if it takes a few days, I just want us to get the rewards for completion. Would like to start with tier 6, but will probably do a 5.

Correct, there is no time limit on bringing down the Rancor on tiers 1-6.

Yes and no -- your guild currency caps at 150k. We will likely do a Tier 5 after this Tier 6 just so it goes faster.
