Best methods to record gameplay?

we want one of our guild members to make a video showing how he puts up monster numbers against the last phase of the rancor, could anyone help me out? Is there an app for that?

You know it would be kinda helpful to know the OS he's using, right? Without knowing that, the best tipp one could give you is to use a camera. -.-'

on android you can use (google) play games. it's specifically designed for recording games and it comes preinstalled. It also has a pretty good interface.
