Are Teebo and Ewok Elder abilities broken?

I'm assembling an Ewok team and wonder if anyone see these 2 abilities working as I don't.

Teebo basic attack, while stealthed, is meant to reduce the enemy turn meter by 75% but it hasn't so far.

Ewok Elder special is meant to remove negative effects but it does seem to work on offended down.

Am I missing something? Thanks.

It gets resisted a lot because his potency isn't good

He works about 50% of the time but his stealth IS broken

Ah ok Potency... Maybe I'll try kit fisto with them. Shane though as it's a great ability on paper.

Ewok Elder's heal is supposed to remove all negative effects, but tends to only remove one per toon, and some effects seem to be immune. It's been like for a long time
