Defense down applies through tenacity up
Defense down isn't a very common debuff running around so this is the first time I'm experiencing this.
My Yoda applied tenacity up to the team, HK-47 threw his aoe grenade and applied defense down to 3/5 of the team, the other status affects were resisted.
Could be a defense down bug, could be an HK bug. Not sure.
