Can someone explain why GS is so strong?

How and why is a genosian soldier do more damage than any epic characters such as master yoda, darth vader, anakin and must of the epic jedi masters. Genosian soldier character needs an overlook kind ridiculous that this character can one shot you and get you killed in no time. Is time to make an overhaul and balance epic characters. Pretty sad that that none epic characters do more damage than anakin skywalker the chosen one to bring balance to the force or even master yoda. Please look at the genosian soldier damage, rex and all these new characters that are unbalancing the game.

My theory is that none of the devs know star wars, they looked at pictures of the character and gave stats based on how cool they looked. RG, Rey, GS, and Fotp looked the coolest obviously. Yoda must've looked dumb to someone.

GS has actually cooled down recently. Many of the experienced players along with myself have mentioned that GS will be more balanced in the later stages of the game

For instance they balanced according to them The royal guard and this character takes an entire team to bring him down. By the time you bring him down to 0 your entire team is almost dead no wonder why everyone is using royal guards and genosian soldier becuase thry are so over powered. If the devs dont believe me they can go and check themselves this isnt unbiased opinion this is pretty boring !

Remember the premise of this game is you are in a cantina playing a game on a holotable, this allows for a number of "Real Life" things to be suspended, such as Vader and Ani on the same team, or a Rey with Kylo on her side fighting a Luke,or a Dooku vs.Dooku even.

We should be thanking the devs for giving F2P competitive toons.

Watch the clone wars and see what GS's blaster does to the clones. It's not that GS is so powerful, it's just that that giant cannon he wields packs a mean punch.

Its frustrating though to see a character do so more damage you cant really compete a genosian soldier or a royal guard

They would have built stronger weapons than humans because it would have taken stronger weapons to OHKO (the purpose of any war time weapon is efficient delivery of death) the enemy (we are talking prior to them becoming a space faring species, a time in which they would have wars among themselves). Fast forward a few million years and you have Geonosian Soldier, the galaxy's most terrifying killing machine.

GS has been the same since Dec he has always hit hard. i think that instead of looking at it individually look at the team. They just came out with Sun Fac for the geo team so the GS would be there hard hitter. As for Epic toons p2p would only really benefit from that

Are you seriously trying to justify why the genosian soldier has the highest armor health and damage than any orher character? Because it really isnt working

GS is strong because it has an assist attack that can be used every other turn, has solid health for an attacker, has huge crit damage, gives itself offense up, and gains TM on its buffed crit percentage

Also the genosians designed the Death Star. They are adept at making powerful weapons. His gun is a miniaturized version of the Death Star weapon.

The genosians are responsible for more deaths in the galaxy than any other race

My best guess and the likely answer is that it is strictly bias by the developer of the said character. The creator was probably a huge fan of geonoshians for whatever reason and decided to reflect that with his toon. Therefore he made his bug fast, rugged, and extremely powerful. I would do the same if I was in charge of a characters development. Everybody wants their kids to shine bright, no matter how ugly they are.

Geosoldier is the easiest farm outside of Galactic wars. You can 7* him in a few weeks. If you think he's so OP, why not get him yourself?

Also you can G9 him without raid gear. He's my star hitter in GW, Arena and raids. Definitely worth getting. Not nerfing.

Indeed, even though some people would say the Geonosian is an ugly bug, they must have room to shine bright, and thus, they gained some attractiveness by adjusting their stats to appeal to the common populus.

If they were both ugly AND had bad stats, nobody would use them.

As it stands now, they have a place, even though they might not be as attractive as let's say Plo Koon or URoRRuR`R`R.

As said above pretty much nothing in this game works with the SW lore but if you want any reasoning 1 could say geonosian weaponry is strong since they even invented the death star. Gs also has high dmg variance compared to many other toons and he gets from great to mediocre at later lvls.

There is 3 big Dp hitters Rey,Leia,Gs both rey and leia are better then GS he is not over powered, with out him who else would F2P get? IG-86 is to slow Imo Rey is now easy to obtain from Raid store but that was only recent.

Let me just get this out there...i dont like GS...that being said HE CAN FLY! And he has a giant RPG sized plasma cannon that shoots a blob of plasma spooge that just does unmentionable stuff. Force wielder or not the geonosians are a force to be reckoned with.
Remember that giant coliseum in the movie they had all the beasts and stuff doing gladiatorial battles in? If they can round up aliens from around the galaxy to make them fight for there own amusement then they got military might.
Heck the GS in the game may have been russel crowe reborn into an insect overlord.
