Account is not signing to the Google Play

Hi, Dear Jesse. Help me please.

I am the owner of the phone Sony Xperia Z2 d6503 android 5.1.1 stock noroot.

I downloaded your wonderful game, started to play. Just noticed that the game does not connect to the Google service "Google Play Achievements". Next, having been trained noticed that I do not count towards achievement. Inside the game by pressing a gear "settings" - verify that there are no buttons for Google Play Achievements or Sign out of Google Play.

Going into the game with another device, the game creates a new account 2 level. Progress on the other device is not synchronized.

Complete reset your account and login done on the phone - did not help.

I made a call to the Russian-speaking technical support EA, to which I was not told anything desired, advised to clean the data cache... to reinstall the game... Performing data manipulation - the situation has not changed after installing and running the game - progress starts from the same place that was completed and verify that there are no buttons for Google Play Achievements or Sign out of Google Play.

Then I called the Russian language support Google play. what they said on their part everything is working correctly and the event log, they saw that I had no failures. They said all the issues to address in the EA.

Again, calling the Russian-speaking technical support specialist EA I said that I will only check the game on a new Google account. What really infuriated me. He said that nothing more can not help, ID my character in the game can not find. He said that either create a new account or do not play at all, but the game I really enjoyed it and I want to play it FROM YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT!!!

And I thought it was just my problem.

Help me to connect the game to Google, counted to achieve and progress was launched first and that I can play in the progress on different devices. I am from Russia, according to understand English is bad, I write on a forum through Google translator. For spelling sorry.

    If you guys cant sign into google play on your mobile devices than you could use your computer instead, just download the program "blustacks" it makes your pc pretend to be an android device, than head to browser inside the bluestacks app, download galaxy of heroes, click the gear icon in the cantina and sign into google play with your account name and password and bam, all your progression and account for the game is back. Only downside is that its on your pc but its better than nothing.

    I used my child's Lenovo at 10f for guest account and cannot connect it to Google because I do not have login option in settings menu. I installed galaxy of heroes on Lenovo yoga 2, fresh install, and settings menu does not have login option. The game does not let me to choose if I will play guest or Google account. Both on Android 4.4.2. MO strange, after finishing starter initial intro, I am not able to start the game from the beginning.
    Uninstalled, cleaning android with sd maid, install again and I have local account level 2. Each time. Should I buy new device to have this game reinstalled from the begining?
    Only Samsung Galaxy 2 has option to login to Google. In synced, but what next if I am not able to connect to this game progress my yoga 2?

    I am during ticket with game service. But they do everything to go around the problem the lack of login button in settings. They do not know what to do with this problem I afraid.

    I used during titanium backup pro for try to make backup with unlimited data files and copy backup from a7 10f to yoga 2. I was not able to start the game with my game progress after installed the game from backup by titanium pro on yoga.

    Is here anyone who can understand something in this problem?

    Initial I installed the game on my child's tablet. I defined his birth date and this can be a source of no login to google button.
    I installed the game on my own tablet with other date and I have the same lack of login button.
    I installed the game on my phone with other date and I have existing login to google button in settings ...

    The problem is , I have my game on child's tablet and I want to move it to my device.
    I tried the titanium pro for prepare backup including data files without size limitation. The result 150MB or more and restored game on my tablet has game progres on 2 level - the finishing training state.

    I tried helium. I created backup of game's data = 400MB or more, and using helium restored the data on my own tablet. The result is game proggress = level 2 , the state after finishing training curse.

    I tried datasync (all my devices are rooted) but sync over wifi stopped in 15% of coping and no progress during next some hours.

    Is someone able to suggest , which application will be able to move game progress from one device to other ? Maybe it is one file or subdirectory, which is hidden somewhere and none backup app is not able to backup it , because it does not know about needs to copy it too?

    Same I had the same phone but it let me log into google but when I got a new phone I can't find the Google play log in

    Mine will only give me the option to create a new ID. There's no option to open my current ID. So annoyed!

    Well I had the same issue and after 4 days with customer support I figured it out by myself - SO!!!

    When it asks to log in using a new ID (create new user for google play) just put a name what ever you want.
    The moment you do that, google play will sync in and take over, retrieving your original account back to normal.

    Worked for me :)

    It seems I too am plagued with the Age problem! Please offer a fix soon, this is very frustrating!

    My phone was stolen. I had the game connected and sync with Facebook. Game Center did not load my previous game. What can I do? Money and time wasted if I can not access my account.

    My son just got a new phone and after installing the game he dont get access to his accout, and under settings there are no option to connect to google play, ive searched everywhere and it seems like hes not alone. I just also changed phone but i had no problems at all. please help
