Does anyone know if that event which is coming up from the 12th to the 14th will reward Leia shards? The admin post said that it would reward female character shards, but didn't get too specific. Any idea?

It could, just like this Clone/Rebel event gave shards of a wide variety of empire characters.

On swgoh.gg is more about the event and it will be Rey or Leia shards. Just to remember, it's only datamining.

3. Captain Phasma Level 52, 5/6 Stars, Gear 7
4. Talia Level 56, 4 Stars, Gear 7

I would love to power up Phasma more but the credit crunch is biting hard.

Should I care if it rewards Leia and Rey shards? I already have a maxed out Rey, and unless I get at least 24 shards for Leia I won't be able to unlock her. Not that there is much I could do with a 2* Leia anyway, even if I did gear her up.

The datamined description of the event says something about "Battle for charity!" Would be interesting what kind of charity it is.

Maybe we can fight and EA will donate in some charity

Yes yes, l2p and all that. There's no amount of skill that's going to make up for having only one character that's worthy of even being in that event as it's set up.

Surely with it being a lvl 25 event it hopefully is a tiered one. So maybe Lvl 25 for Tier 1, but Tier 7 you would need some level 80s?

Little piece of advice my friend if you allow me: do not focus in leveling them. Focus in the gear, will get better payoff.

Agreed. Going from "omg I hope you can handle 8 waves aimed at level 78" to "level 25" almost feels like trolling the community.

"Awwww, was that little event too hard, here, let's try one more your speed."

Surely there's a middle ground or scaling that allows more people to participate without being utterly trivial either.

It's tuned for level 25 my guess is lumi at level 80 can solo it easily.
