Vader and Palpatine with Palpatine Leader

Does anyone know which bonus Vader and Palpatine receive from Palpatine's leader ability? Since they are both Sith and Empire, do they get turn meter, healing, or both?

Both...Vader can possibly completely heal himself with force burst....AND gain a full tm to follow up with culling blade...have nebit taunt and there's one a 1 round cool down before Vader can repeat force burst/culling blade

Correction...nebit's taunt cool down only works on Droid and jawas...not force wielding cyborgs...sigh

Yeah, I had a low HP Vader heal fully for a Force choke, ko a foe, then basic attack. AI didn't even know what hit em.

My Vader frequently gets 3 turns inn a row under Palpy lead - Force Crush, immediately followed by Culling Blade, then another go if CB was a kill shot.

I'm tempted to run Daka with them - just so people have to sit and stare at stunned heroes lit up with DoT's...and do nothing.
