Please fix stun!

Far too frequently, a stunned toon pops out of stun and gets to attack immediately (no dispel, toons TM doesn't reset)

Please fix!

    I see this a lot from Lumi in GW. She is not nearly fast enough to explain it with her going through her TM before anyone else. If it was Rey, that may be an explanation, but not Lumi...
    Other toons do it too, and I agree it is quite annoying.

    I know that if the TM is near 100% this can happen.

    You need to stun them when their TM is low.
