Simple way to change the meta
High powered AoEs have really taken over with Lando, Wiggs, and/or JKA featured prominently in most pvp squads.
Here's an easy way they could change the meta and perhaps make thing more interesting and varied:
Make stealthed characters hide from aoe attacks unless all squad members are stealthed.
Maybe then someone would actually use Nute Gunray.
To prevent stealthed teams from being too powerful, I would add a new bounty hunter ability (maybe called pursuit or bounty) that would let them target stealthed characters.
Another possibility could be that stealthed characters don't get damaged by AoEs but instead lose their stealth.
I think this would reign in AoEs somewhat without making them obsolete while boosting stealthiness and bounty hunters.

Yup. Doesn't sound appealing to me.
AoE is still better than Evasion meta.
Just run Plo to counter.
