This forum forces you to use an url, which is a pain. Would be nice if they'd just let you upload one from your files and insert it. I tried doing the url thing and if didn't work for me either.
You can find most picture url's by rightclicking a picture and choosing top copy its location. To upload a picture: find a host like imgur (there are many others).
