If you weren't Level80 I'd recommend QGJ to promote before promoting Teebo as far as Abilities. But because you were asking about Omegas that means you're at least Level80 or higher. Thus I recommend Teebo 1st. Again, just my opinion. Then again, one of my favorite teams in both Pit Raid & GW is Teebo(Leader), Ewok Elder, Chief Chirpa, Ewok Scout, Chewie.
