I've got only one free pack instead of three. Why?

I only got one pack...had 50 shards I think 250 crystals some ability mats and some credits...what was in the other 2 packs?

Same here. One pack w/ 50 K-2SO shards, 250 crystal, 100k credits and a few tier 1 & 2 ability mats.

Three packs. Wondering why/how exactly they were being distributed. I've been a loyal Google/Verizon/Samsung/Android consumer forever. Wondering if that has anything to do with it. I'm grateful that my continued $upport is being rewarded. Unfortunately, it is being perceived at being at the expense of others. So does anyone know how the 1vs3 was determined yet?
