New Tier on Pit coming?

Prev1
I've tried several guilds lately in an attempt to just play my full toon roster. Many of us have spent months or over a year building our toon armies only to now have heroic pit so easy that guild make up crazy rules just to try and make it fair. Latest is only using one squad. On T6 you get 5 squad chances. But raids are over so quickly guilds are desperate to find a way to keep it fun and help members get rewards for doing their daily 600. That many zero damage tag, have registration periods, only certain members can go on certain phases, but the most logical would bexpect to expand heroic by two levels. Not just tier that's hard or harder than AAT, but a natural increase of difficulty and one that is super hard. That's my opinion, has anyone heard anything about adding more tiers to pit raid? A dev update on this would be awesome if possible. Thanks

Best way is all out Zerg on both raids.

The Pit is supposed to be the "easy" raid. The devs know that many guilds are flying through it which is why they added the tank raid and any future raids (that will likely be harder than the tank raid).

That won't get you an opportunity to use your full roster on pit. Given where most guilds are, it'll get you one or two squads before it hits p4, and maybe one more squad there.

Tier 8 Rancor. No teebo. Mix of pit and tank rewards. Can only be entered with a 7* Han maybe.

What about instead of four phases, adding 2 to 4 more phases to the current heroic, making it a 6 or even an 8 phase heroic at current level of difficulty?

    No. Just no.

Maybe just make him immune to TM reduction.

If you want to use your whole roster. Make a one person guild. Can then run your own heroic Rancor raids and then have at it.

But he wouldn't have the tickets to start the raid lol.

Assuming everyone has Han, if not they should be the ones placing. Split the guild into groups 10 or 25, have the bench people hit for the most minimal dmg possible to avoid the silly way they decided to rank ties. After the registeration period have the group designated go at it.

Or wait for them to mess up and then you will have full raid tickets at some point.

Why make a new tier on rancor raid when you can make a brand new one that requires us to spend a boat load of resources on to be successful for.

You can increase the difficulty of the raid by yourself without asking devs:
    - don't use Teebo
    - Demod your roster

I've always wondered... how DO they decide to rank those ties for everybody who logs 0 damage and misses a raid?

It's OK. Rancorraid takes 10mins from 1st damage post to death.

If you want to solo it, start early enough. If you just want to autobattle a few mil damage, start 5mins before Zerg rush.

Make him immune to TM reduction (only on higher levels if you wish).

    Problem solved.

No, just leave it alone. If you want a challenge start working on the Tank.

There should be a new tier with more rewards. Compared to AAT, we get next to nothing for rewards, even top 3.

It shouldn't be that hard to up the difficulty and throw a new tier out there. One that can't be fully completed by one person in one sitting.

No, there shouldn't be another tier. It should stay as-is.

Why not? Those who want it to stay "as-is" can keep on doing the other existing tiers. Those who want more rewards and more challenge can do a new more difficult tier.

No. It's a waste of resources. It is WAI. If you want a challenge, move on to the tank.

Yeah just do it with more health. My "casual guild" is just now trying to decide on specific start times & only 1 attack in 1st 12 hrs. Til now its been pretty much start them when u want & do as much damage as u can/want. We've only done about 12 so far. Suddenly not sounding so casual or appealing. Yet in 5 days of normal tank only 40/50 participated anyway. And 1 who didn't is the 1 who started this whole new rule business by threatening to switch guilds!

So you want a meat grinder? How is that fun, it sounds like a waste of resources

They had that is was called Normall AAT take down raid at release. It then got a nerf.

A Zerg is designed to allow everyone to go all out. Those with 1 or 2 powerhouse teams won't wreck the damage overlap for those who want to use as many rosters as possible. The powerhouse teams will still be in there well after the P4 has been finished.

I'm thinking a new raid will be coming in 3 or 4 months so no need for another tier for Rancor.

Its going to take that long to get most guilds GK up to 7* (if they already are on the path to completing the HAAT, that is).

I'd rather devs spend time developing a new raid than adding a tier to the Rancor.

And that's called preloading, and not allowed in most well structured guilds.
