She is the reincarnation of anakin/Vader how else can you explain she can use all the Jedi powers with no training
She did have training when she was very young, but Luke used an advanced force technique to have her forget them after Kylo went crazy. Rey is Kylo's sister IMO. Of course that's just my little theory.
So how does Finn know how to hold a saber without losing an arm against a supposedly Luke trained Jedi knight Ren wannabe loving the dark side? Disney-force. Boom.
A lot of theories about Her being a skywalker or a solo fall apart for me because that means they abandoned her, which makes them all horrible parents.
But if she's a clone from Luke's hand, we avoid all that. Here is an amusing link that discusses various theories
This is the most complete theory I've seen and I also feel it will most likely be the one that turns out to be true. It's a 6 minute video, worth watching.
She is some sort of clone of Luke.... that is my theory and I am sticking to it! (If you think about that, all the mysterious scenes, especially the flashback scenes and R2 scenes make a lot of sense)
Well I know what you're thinking but I just figured why give this guy such a big part if he don't tie in somehow
Because the same reason Phasma is a woman, Political Correctness.(JJ Abrams) Also If you think about it, the winning formula for new star wars movies is fresh faces, new talent.

It would be foolish to lead us along the entire movie to put her in front of Luke Skywalker to end the movie with all of the hints along the way and him not be her father. Also to say its also Hans Daughter would not be diversifying the plot very well and I believe the writers would shy away from that.

Ben got married in Tattooine after Jedi's fall and had a girl. Luke returned to Tattoine after Empire's fall and got married with Ben's daughter.
That's why Rey is the more powerful jedi ever, skywalker and kenobi's blood.

I like that theory as well
Rather than watching 6 minutes, please can you just say who the theory suggests her parents are?
Well I can't really explain all the nuances as well as the video, but here's the basics.
1. The Flashback shows Kylo Ren killing another Knights of Ren to save Rey from being killed
2. That Kylo Ren leaves Rey on Jakku with the junk dealer to hide her from Luke & Snoke
3. Kylo Ren immediately freaks out at the mention of a girl on Jakku
4. That Rey is Luke's daughter and Luke went into exile because Kylo Ren let's Luke believe that she was dead.
5. Kylo couldn't bring himself to kill his cousin because he was still struggling against the light inside him
Honestly it's better to just watch the video.
I haven't lol'd this hard at a post in a while. Thank you.
