I've been chatting to EA Support - but they say that it's my phone's fault and they cannot reverse the transaction.
However, I get so few crystals a day that I save them.
I was clicking on my daily Bronzium packs and the screen went all weird - and I ended up clicking on a 1330 crystal pack - I don't have 1330 to burn (plus I didn't receive anything I would want anyway!).
EA Support can't do anything about it apparently - but is there anyone from CG that can help at all?
So do I just have to farm crystals for another month or do I have a leg to stand on?

Unfortunately the support representative put all the onus on me. I think I will share the chat transcript on social media as I feel this is seriously unfair.
Their product is at fault and there should be better safeguards around spending resources like this.
I thought this initial, but he is talking about crystals, not a cash transaction I think.

Frustrating. I don't know why they couldn't reverse the transaction.
