We're an active and dedicated-to-progression guild. We had a recent change from being semi-casual, and now we've started to be more serious, but nothing ultra-hardcore. The guild dropped in GP recently, but only because we trimmed the fat/inactive, and those who didn't communicate. Our main HAAT and Territory crew is still running strong, and we more than crush both heroics.
Currently, the biggest rules are:
1. Be in discord, not voice, but at least joining the discord so we can pump out notifications. We use it for announcements and callouts when we're starting raids. Raids happen as soon as the tickets come in, so currently, it's just as soon as we start it. Usually its around 8pm EST- but that varies. Communication is key, especially since we have specific squads going into specific zones for Territory.
2. For raids, we do a 24hours, no damage on Rancor (heroic). This is so that the first 24-hours, you just drop a low level 7star character in, he dies, and it's 0 damage, but you're on the braket, so even if you somehow missed the raid, you still get the minimum shards, thats the way we're keeping it fair so far, and it's worked nicely. After the 24-hours, it's 500k damage, this is an estimated number, and more of a goal... Some members go over, some are below, we don't really have too many issues with it, and most of the guys who go over 500k don't have Han, and need it. If you put up like, 700k and 1mil damage consistently, and no communication, it's da boot. - HAATank Raids are around 8pm EST but can vary depending on life - and have no rules, just kill it.
3. For guild activities, we have a Discord bot that we use to send notifications out for each day of the week, so everyone knows what to save/start/stop on for guild points.
4. Get 600 energy, this is for raids so we need to make sure everyone does it.
5. Just be cool. If some kind of debate starts up, we'd rather it go to a PM/DM.

We are an active but semi-casual guild. Currently have no level requirements as trying to grow the numbers but really looking for level 75+ to help us with TW/TB and heroics.
Players are asked to contribute every day and must be active within 48 hours unless notice is given. Players inactive for over 5 days without notice may be kicked.
We have a zero damage rule for all players over 75 in the pit raids. Lower level players are free to attack whenever.

We're an active and dedicated-to-progression guild. We had a recent change from being semi-casual, and now we've started to be more serious, but nothing ultra-hardcore. The guild dropped in GP recently, but only because we trimmed the fat/inactive, and those who didn't communicate. Our main HAAT and Territory crew is still running strong, and we more than crush both heroics.
Currently, the biggest rules are:
1. Be in discord, not voice, but at least joining the discord so we can pump out notifications. We use it for announcements and callouts when we're starting raids. Raids happen as soon as the tickets come in, so currently, it's just as soon as we start it. Usually its around 8pm EST- but that varies. Communication is key, especially since we have specific squads going into specific zones for Territory.
2. For raids, we do a 24hours, no damage on Rancor (heroic). This is so that the first 24-hours, you just drop a low level 7star character in, he dies, and it's 0 damage, but you're on the braket, so even if you somehow missed the raid, you still get the minimum shards, thats the way we're keeping it fair so far, and it's worked nicely. After the 24-hours, it's 500k damage, this is an estimated number, and more of a goal... Some members go over, some are below, we don't really have too many issues with it, and most of the guys who go over 500k don't have Han, and need it. If you put up like, 700k and 1mil damage consistently, and no communication, it's da boot. - HAATank Raids are around 8pm EST but can vary depending on life - and have no rules, just kill it.
3. For guild activities, we have a Discord bot that we use to send notifications out for each day of the week, so everyone knows what to save/start/stop on for guild points.
4. Get 600 energy, this is for raids so we need to make sure everyone does it.
5. Just be cool. If some kind of debate starts up, we'd rather it go to a PM/DM.

Guild Victory March shares in the fun together, with tremendous collegiality, opinionated and respectful discussions, collaboration and cooperation, as we beat the AAT and Rancor in the heroic tier. VM coordinates folks from time zones across the world, in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We currently raid 3 times a week in the heroic pit raid and are doing the Tank raid 2 days a week. We have bonus raids of each when tickets get high enough.
Guild payout/reset time is 7:30 PM PST
Our raid start times for pit raid are currently 7:30 pm PST for people to register 0 damage and they open up for people to send in one squad to register real damage the following morning at 10:45 am PST
Our HAAT raid launches at 7:30 pm PST for phase 1 then phase 2 opens at 8:30 am PST the following morning, Phase 3 launches at 12:30 pm PST same day and then P4 opens at 11:00 am PST the following day. This is done to ensure everyone has an equal chance to get damage done in each phase.
On the light TB we are getting 37 Stars

Active guild currently seeking 5 new members.
We complete 2-3 HPITs and HAATs per week, conducted more or less on an Eastern U.S. schedule. Guild GP fluctuates as we have some people coming and going from another guild to help with HAAT, but the permanent guild members are currently about 25M GP in total. About a dozen stars per Territory Battle.
Primary goals are to grow strong enough to defeat HAAT without borrowing help from outside, improve in all areas including guild events, and ensure that we all treat our guildmates in a fair and courteous manner while we're at it.
This is not a super hardcore guild by any means, but we do insist on a few things.
