Don't feel bad about kicking either. The way I see it they don't care about 49 other people in the guild. If they don't use out of app comms then put gold messages in the guild chat. Offer time for them to respond or acknowledge they've seen the messages.

I always wanted to start a guild and call it anarchy. Make everyone that joins an officer. As guild leader I would just do what I would be told. If someone wanted someone booted done. Anyone can start a raid at anytime. More of a social experiment then anything. It would be interesting to see everyone try not to stir the pot. Then all of a sudden a new guy would join and cause a ruckus. Would be interesting to see how everyone would interact and how long before everyone just gets mad and leaves.
